On December 27th, 2022, due to an issue with our account, we requested our students to transfer payments to VK Education's current account. An amount of Rs. 150,000.00 was entrusted to them. As a reputable institution, we've always been transparent about our charges, and despite the unconventional nature of the transaction, we proceeded in good faith, trusting in their integrity and commitment.

However, what followed was a series of disappointments and frustrations. Mr. Vijay Kariya, the individual representing VK Education or the institute itself, has ceased all communication. Calls go unanswered, messages remain unread, and when they do respond, it's with empty promises and irrelevant excuses. Even the intervention of their Director yielded no resolution, as they mirrored the same unprofessional behaviour.

It's disheartening to witness such blatant disregard for trust and commitment, especially in an industry as noble as education. We at ETS Group Of Institutions stand firm in our belief that quality education is built on a foundation of integrity and dedication. Yet, it's imperative to caution parents and students alike against institutes that lack the sincerity to honour their word.

We urge you all to exercise caution and diligence when choosing educational institutions for yourselves or your loved ones.
